As part of our revised site, we have created this facility to help all of our visitors.  We believe that few people hit problems that haven't been overcome before and through our FAQs, we aim to answer some of the more unusual questions as well as the routine questions that are always asked.

We are presently building our list of questions through our on-line message board.  This enables us to ensure that the FAQs that will soon be available here are tailored to the needs of our visitors.
